How long does one cartridge last?
Each cartridge lasts approximately 1 month of daily showers (about 7,200 litres). The colored gel visibly depletes so you'll always know when it's time to refresh.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Pluvena is thoughtfully formulated with gentle, well-established ingredients. The rinse-off format means minimal skin contact time. If you have specific sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on our About page.

Can I use Pluvena if I have hard water?
Pluvena's Vitamin C formula helps neutralize chlorine and chloramine. For heavy hard water with significant mineral buildup, you may benefit from an additional inline water softener alongside Pluvena.

How do I install it?
Simply unscrew your existing showerhead, screw on the Pluvena head, and screw in your first cartridge. No tools needed, takes under 2 minutes.

Do you offer a guarantee?

What's in the formula?

Does it fit my shower?
Pluvena fits any standard half-inch shower arm, which is the standard in virtually all US homes.

How does the visual indicator work?
Each cartridge contains a colored gel that gradually depletes as you shower. When the gel is nearly gone, it's time to refresh with a new cartridge. No apps, no reminders, just look at it.

What makes Pluvena different from other shower filters?

Each cartridge lasts about 1 month. The Complete Collection includes 4 cartridges (one of each scent), giving you about 4 months of supply. We recommend subscribing to the Refill 4-Pack so you never run out.

Can I choose which scents I get?
The Complete Collection and Refill 4-Pack include all 4 scents — Mango, Grapefruit, Lavender, and Lime. If you prefer a specific scent, you can purchase individual cartridges.

Is Pluvena cruelty-free?
Yes. Pluvena products are not tested on animals.
