Shipping

Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

Orders leave our US fulfillment center within 24 hours (business days). Standard delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days with USPS or UniUni. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery.

If Pluvena is not for you, email contact@pluvena.com with your order number and we refund your first purchase in full. No restocking fee. See our refund policy for full terms.

Unopened cartridges can be sent back within 30 days for a full refund of that cartridge. Return postage is yours to pay. For hygiene reasons we cannot resell an opened cartridge, so a used one does not need to come back to us: keep it.

Damaged, missing or wrong on arrival

Tell us within 72 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. We reship or refund, your choice, and we cover the postage. That one is on us.

The Pluvering shower head

One-year warranty against defects: leaking at the thread, a cracked housing, nozzles that will not clear. Send us a photo and we replace it, no return needed. Drops, impacts and a housing that has been opened are not covered.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number. After that it has usually already left the warehouse.
