If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened cartridges. Used cartridges are covered by our satisfaction guarantee — if you've tried it and don't love it, we'll still make it right.
